Halloween – A Sugar Lover’s Self-Control Nightmare!!!!!

Halloween is a nightmare for those of us with a sweet tooth!  It’s a  tempting time with literally hundreds of candies out there for purchase, collection and consumption.. I don’t know about you, but often I’ve purchased my bags “for Halloween” and by the time Oct 31st rolls around, I have to buy more because I’ve eaten them all!  Just 1 or 2 or 3….. turns into the entire bag is gone before you know it.

If this sounds anything like you, I’ve found the following information online that may help put this self-control challenge into perspective… Maybe, if you are aware of the calories they could add to your daily intake, you’ll think twice.
