Programs

KIDS PROGRAMS (AGES 2 – 14) We offer multiple programs for children, starting as young as two. All our youth programs offer exercise, basic techniques and proper forms (kicks/punches), listening and focus drills and teach respect, self-discipline and confidence.

Tiger Paws is an interactive parent/child class for 2 and 3 year olds. Two 30-minute classes each week gets you and your child out being active, having fun and learning the basics of both the martial arts and how to follow directions.

Dragonflies is a class for ages 4 to 6. Three 30-minute classes each week focus on martial arts basics, balance and flexibility, exercise and include fun games and drills to help with focus and listening skills.

Youth Kenpo Karate is for kids 7 and up. We offer five, 45-min classes a week are based on self defense practice, exercise, strength building, flexibility and life skills such as goal setting, respect and team work
